We are sharing a recipe from Surová dcérka, adapted to our preferences. Gnocchi can be easily purchased in stores, so there is no need to make dumplings. Tempeh can also be substituted for vegan bacon.

Brynza preparation

Gradually add the crumbled tofu to the mixing bowl, followed by all the other ingredients.
We recommend starting with half the amount of salt and lemon, both of which you can add to the finished bryndza according to your own taste. -
Blend until smooth.

The mixture is ready for immediate consumption, but for better taste, it is ideal to let it rest in the refrigerator; it is usually best the next day.
Topping preparation

Frying onions
Dice the onion and sauté over low heat until translucent.

Tempeh or vegan bacon
Fry in oil until the tempeh or bacon is browned. Be careful not to overcook this side dish, as it can quickly go from "done" to "overdone."
Gnocchi

Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions. Serve immediately after cooking.
Serving

Place the desired amount of gnocchi on a plate (depending on your appetite :-)), cover with at least 2 tablespoons of bryndza cheese, and top with the fried tempeh and fried onions.
